Ball Hawk

The BALL HAWK is a device used to develop the skill of forcing a fumble or causing a pass break-up! The device consists of a football in a harness that is mounted at the top of a Hand Check Pad. A long rip cord inside of the pad allows the ball to drop to the ground, and by pulling on the cord, the ball resets to the tip of the pad. The coach can position the ball at different heights and angles to simulate a pass receiver reaching for the ball or a QB getting ready to throw. A defensive player can chop, club, punch or slap the ball to create a fumble or a pass break-up. By pulling on the rip cord, the Coach puts tension on the ball to make it more difficult to knock it down. Make the defender hit the ball with greater force and power. The ball can be quickly re-set to the tip of the pad after the take-away to allow the next man up. No down time. Get more quality reps in a short time period.
