The SWINGBACK is a hanging dummy. Narrow width encourages a tight punch. Ideal for teaching the elements of pass pro: footwork, hand position and punch. Move the bag laterally to teach footwork and base. Swing the bag sideways to teach the timing of the punch. Add weight with Drop-In Sandbags. Built to take a pounding. “O” ring and shackle make setup quick and easy. Measures 20″ diameter by 50″ tall. Two handles.
