The 4-MAN SLED is a defensive football sled. Against this front your D-line can work on stance, alignment, gap control and explosion. The coach can make a formation strength call, prompting the defense to align properly on the sled. On movement, the D-line can strike the pad with either the hand or shoulder and then swim, rip or explode through the sled. Pad splits 40″. Sled length 14′.
