The 3-MAN SLED gives you the look of a “34” defense. Ideal for half line work with your Center, Guard and Tackle. Develops the teamwork and coordination necessary to execute plays. A half line workout gives the left and right side of your line extra reps in practice. Easier for the coach to watch and coach three blockers coming off the ball. Pad splits 42″. Sled length 12′.
