Sternum Pad – Football Dummy

The sled Sternum Pad is made with a 4” sternum roll and 2” tube grips on the outside edge of the armpit. The sternum roll pad provides a landmark to grip and separate against using proper technique. Use it to teach alignment leverage. From a head up alignment, grip the side handles, separate and get off the block. From an outside shade technique, grip the sternum pad with the inside hand and the side handle with the outside hand, then separate and get off the block.
