Postmount Liftback with 74″ Spring

The POST MOUNT with a Liftback assembly is for run defense. Post mounting allows you to hit and then pursue the ball upfield. The Liftback mechanism allows you to stike, lift and shed the pad as you do versus “run blocks.” Great for teaching 6 point explosion and the tilt nose technique. Use it to teach inside nose and tackle games out of different defensive fronts. Three options are available: with a 74″ spring and a tall Bod Pad, with a 54″ spring and a short Bod Pad or with a Grab Bag head.
