The INDOOR RAMBACK sled is an off-season workout machine. Add this machine to your weight room to perfect the mechanics of blocking. It’s the most realistic way to practice blocking without going live. The 6′ by 8′ platform is equipped with a Ramback mechanism and a choice of Bod, Fit or Zone pad. This mechanism allows the pad to compress in 3″ before it releases and lifts 3″. Against this pad, a blocker can deliver a crushing blow and drive the pad back, then use body mechanics and leverage to lift the pad up. A blocker must keep his butt low while throwing his hands on initial contact. The machine teaches leverage and builds power!
