Description
The HEX PAD offers a six-sided pad that is perfect for teaching hand placement and quick hands! Each panel is 6” wide which forces a hand strike with tight hands and thumbs up. The multi-sided pad is the perfect surface to strike and squeeze with the fingers. Teach eye focus, tights hands and a choking grip on the pad. Ideal for developing the Long Arm! If the Hex Pad is not struck the correct way, it will spin on the post. Use it out of a 6-point, 3 point or 2-point stance. Heavy weighted tire prevents tip-over and allows the Hex Pad to be moved to different spots on the field. Perfect warm up station during pre-practice or off-season workouts. Pad is made in alternating colors to highlight the different angles of the pad.
