Combo 2-Man Sled

The COMBO 2 man is the pro D-Line sled. Tall side outfitted with Ramback Mechanisms and Sternum Pad to teach explosion, separation and lock-out. Emphasize explosion off the ball, knock-back power and follow through with hips, hands and feet. Low side outfitted with Liftback Mechanism and Short Bod Pad to emphasize low pad level and straight arm separation. Teach low pad level, hip thrust and eyes below your hands. Learn leverage points from a 1 gap and 2 gap alignment.
