The SHIVER BALL® is 28″ in diameter. Use it to practice low block protection. The ball is a realistic simulation of the cut block because it’s a moving target and is knee high. To defend against the ball, you must drop into a low hitting position and keep your hands in front of your body. Ball movement tests a player’s reflexes. Quick hands are needed to stop the ball. Quick feet are needed to react to the movement of the ball. Made from molded urethane foam. Pebbly texture makes the ball less slippery in wet conditions.
