The PLAYBALL is a modern medicine ball made of molded urethane foam. Pebbly texture enhances grip. Won’t slip when the hands are sweaty. Can take a pounding without losing its shape. Has excellent rebound characteristics. Won’t absorb moisture and get hard. Surface stays soft and pliable. QB’s use them in a series of pliometric exercises to strengthen the muscles in the shoulder, forearm, and wrist. O-linemen use them to synchronize the hands and feet while stepping and punching.
