Distraction Arms

Distraction Arms creates the look of a defender in coverage with arms straight up and straight out! Use it as a distraction drill. Teach receivers to “high point” the ball! Use a Jugs® or tennis ball machine to shoot the ball into different windows for a rapid-fire catching drill! Fastened to the top of the dummy with Velcro®. Assembly includes 4 arms.
