HAND SHIELDS
The ROVER is a short hand shield. Offers a short target area with a flat hitting surface. Hold it tight against the chest and it’s ideal for teaching the “punch” on pass pro. Slide your forearm through the handles and brace it against your hip to simulate the resistance of a run block. The foam is soft enough to allow a blocker to grab and squeeze. Measures 5-1/2″ thick by 20″ wide by 30″ long. Two handles.
