Post Mount Liftback

The POST MOUNT with a Liftback assembly is used for teaching run defense. In ground post mounts allow a defensive player to strike a blow and then get penetration up field. The Liftback mechanism allows you to strike, lift and shed the pad in the same way that a defender defeats a blocker’s charge. Great for teaching 6 point explosion and the tilt nose technique. Use it to teach inside nose and tackle games out of different defensive fronts. Two options are available: a 74″ spring and a tall Bod Pad, or a 54″ spring and a short Bod Pad.
